Full Access – Healing, Miracles, and Peace

Over the past few posts, I’ve been talking about having FULL ACCESS. Full access to God. Full Access to His presence.

We have full access to so many things, not just salvation. Yes, salvation was the main purpose and mission for Christ to come and die on a cross, making a way for us. Because of His sacrifice, we have full access to his redemptive power for our lives.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

This is a gift from God for you today.

Paul said in Romans, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16

Aside from salvation, what else do we have full access to through Christ?

There is no way to list everything out in one blog, or even many blog posts for that matter. I’m going to focus on three things that you and I have access to because Christ came.

HEALING

The prophet Isaiah foretold Christ’s death on the cross and what it would give us access to.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

“He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right.By his wounds you are healed.” 1 Peter 2:24 NLT

Jesus healed all kinds of sickness while he walked this earth. The bottom-line is that He is a healer. There is nothing too small and there is nothing too great for Him.

He made us. He created us. He wrote the owner’s manual for every organ, every muscle, for every cell, for every tissue, and for every neuron. He knows how it works and He knows how to fix it when it breaks.

WOMEN WITH AN ISSUE OF BLOOD

“And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.” Mark 5:25-28

If you need a healing today, it has already been promised. Push through your circumstance and every obstacle that is in front of you, like the woman in this story. He has given you full access to healing.

The second thing we have full access to is Miracles.

MIRACLES

“Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on, you do know him and have seen him!” Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father, and we will be satisfied.”

Jesus replied, “Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and yet you still don’t know who I am? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! So why are you asking me to show him to you? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me.

Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of the work you have seen me do. “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.

You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!” John 14:6-14 NLT

Essentially, Jesus said, “Believe because of the work you seen me do.”

What miracles was he talking about? Well, to name a few….

  • Blinded eyes opened
  • Lame to walk
  • Deaf ears opened
  • Dead raised
  • 5000 fed with five loaves and two fishes (and there were even leftovers)
  • Net breaking catch of fish when they hadn’t caught anything all night (Jesus tells them to do it one more time)
  • Withered hand restored
  • Storms calmed

You and I have full access to any of these miracles and even greater ones.

The third thing that Christ has given us full access to is peace.

PEACE

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:26-27

In such a world of chaos, He has promised full access of peace through the Holy Ghost. It’s a peace that passes all understanding. It isn’t determined by the news or the government, or how the weather is. This is a peace that Someone has the world in their hands, and everything is in control.

You and I have full access today to salvation, to healing, to miracles, and to peace. What do you need in your life? What is it you’re searching for? Try Jesus…take Him at His Word and see what He will do in your life!

“And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place.

And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.” Hebrews 10:19-22 NLT
